These terms cover VectorMagik, its desktop app, command line and browser app, and its commercial licenses, from LunarWerx (LUNARWERX LLC).

The license

VectorMagik is licensed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. It is free for personal and other noncommercial use: hobbies, study, research, and the organizations the license names, such as charities and schools.

Using it for work needs a commercial license. Anything that earns money counts as work, even a one-person shop such as an Etsy store.

Commercial licenses

• US$9 a month per person (a seat), charged monthly through the checkout until you cancel.
• LunarWerx sells the license. The checkout and its payments are run by Connections Pay, so the checkout shows the Connections name and says Connections handles the payment.
• One license key per seat, sent by email once you pay. Paste it into the app's License card. A person's seat works on each of their own computers and in the browser.
• Cancel any time on the Manage page. Cancelling stops the next charge, and the license keeps working for the time already paid for.
• The app lets you try commercial use free for 24 hours, with no key and no payment.
• The app never locks a feature: a license is a matter of these terms, not of the software.

Your work

What you make with VectorMagik is yours. LunarWerx claims no rights in your pictures or your vectors.

No warranty

As the license says: as far as the law allows, VectorMagik comes as is, without any warranty or condition, and LunarWerx is not liable for any damages arising from these terms or from using it. Check a vector before you cut, print or ship it.
